My father was brought in at two in the morning. The CT was done within twenty minutes of arrival and the radiologist called our physician directly with the findings. That speed made the difference.
The doctor took time to show us the baby moving and explained every measurement instead of rushing us out. We drove past two closer centres to come here for our anomaly scan and would do it again.
As a referring physician what I value is consistency. Their biochemistry values track cleanly across repeat samples and histopathology is reported by a consultant, not delegated. I refer without hesitation.
Clean, calm and organised. The staff at the counter explained the charges upfront with no surprises at billing. My X-ray films were ready in fifteen minutes.
A CT-guided biopsy sounded frightening until it was explained properly. Local anaesthesia, about forty minutes, and I went home the same evening. The follow-up call the next morning was a nice touch.
