About Doctor OPD at Snap Diagnostics
Not every visit begins with a prescription. Our OPD lets you sit down with a doctor first, work out which investigation actually answers your question, and come back afterwards to have the report explained in plain language. Interventional and pain-management cases are assessed here before a procedure is booked. If all you need is to know which scan to get, our free WhatsApp consultation will tell you without a visit at all.

How to prepare
Getting these four things right means your study runs on time and does not need to be repeated.
- 1Carry your prescription, previous reports and films.
- 2List every medicine you currently take, including over-the-counter ones.
- 3Fast for 6 hours if bloods are likely to be drawn on the same visit.
- 4Bring a photo ID and your insurance or TPA card if you are claiming.
On the day of your visit
Arrive 15 minutes early
Registration, consent and — for imaging — a safety screening questionnaire take a few minutes.
Bring your paperwork
Referral letter, previous reports and films, a photo ID, and your insurance or TPA card if you are claiming.
Tell us everything relevant
Implants, allergies, current medication, pregnancy or the possibility of it, and any anxiety about enclosed spaces.
Collect or receive your report
Routine imaging reports are released within one hour and pathology the same day — in person, or as a WhatsApp and email link to the details you register.
