Medical disclaimer

The content on this website — including blog articles, service descriptions and preparation guidance — is provided for general information and health awareness only. It is not medical advice, does not create a doctor–patient relationship, and must not be used to diagnose or treat any condition.

Always seek the advice of a qualified physician with any question about a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you have read on this website. In an emergency, contact your nearest hospital immediately.

On the limits of diagnostic reporting

A diagnostic report is a professional opinion based on the images or samples available at the time of the study. No investigation, however advanced, detects every abnormality in every patient. Findings are interpreted alongside your clinical examination and history by your treating doctor, who makes the final diagnosis.

Grievance redressal

If any aspect of your experience falls short, tell us. Speak to the centre manager on duty, call +91 70333 60331, or write to support@snapdiagnostics.in. Complaints are acknowledged within two working days and we aim to resolve them within seven.

This policy applies to Snap Diagnostics, Ranchi. It is reviewed periodically and any change is published on this page with an updated revision date. Continuing to use our services after a revision indicates acceptance of the current version.
